Biography

Atty. Robelle Salas was admitted to the State Bar of New York in 2024. Ms. Salas practices in the field of U.S. immigration law. Ms. Salas has worked for the firm as a law clerk where she gained extensive experience in the field of immigration law before becoming an associate attorney.  In her current role, she handles various immigration cases such as visa processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, and family-based and employment-based immigrant petitions. She conducts thorough legal research, analysis, and documentation, and represents clients in USCIS interviews.

She also gained legal experience as a volunteer at the La Raza Community Resource Center where she conducted research, drafted declarations, and assisted in preparing in asylum cases. She has participated in naturalization workshops organized by the Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach, San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative, and Asian Law Alliance, helping low-income clients with their U.S. citizenship applications. Furthermore, she has assisted indigent and low-income clients in accessing essential resources such as housing and public benefits at the Legal Advice and Referral Clinic of the Bar Association of San Francisco.

Ms. Salas graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (Philippines) with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College (Philippines). She is an active member of the New York State Bar.

In addition to English, Ms. Salas is fluent in Tagalog.
