What our clients says about us.

  • “Thank you Chua Tinsay & Vega for making every grandma’s dream a reality. Now I am reunited with my daughter and I can see my grandchildren play and be with them while they grow up…”

On June 26, 2013, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that Same-Sex Marriage would now be recognized by the Federal Government. After seven years of living together in a committed long-term relationship, many of our dreams were about to come true. We got married at San Francisco City Hall on June 29, 2013. One dream realized, and one dream to go. We retained the services of the Law Offices of Chua Tinsay & Vega to assist us to get Ron’s Green Card. They handled our case quickly, efficiently, and competently. They showed a caring and professional manner in their dealings with us. The Attorneys met us and explained the entire process. The Attorney was always there in person, by telephone, or email to answer any questions or concerns that arose. We felt secure as we entered our interview with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has the attorney by our side. We both had tears of joy in our eyes as we left the building afterward with our application being approved. Our most important dream, of being together, in the USA, forever, had come true!

  • When my daughter gave birth to my two grandchildren, I was not there to be with her and support her in the hospital. For several years, I would only see my grandchildren in pictures and talk to them over the phone. Thank you Chua Tinsay & Vega for making every grandma’s dream a reality. Now I am reunited with my daughter and I can see my grandchildren play and be with them while they grow up.. These cherished moments are truly priceless.

  • I waited for a very long time for my siblings from Colombia to join me in the United States. When their priority dates became current, I was overwhelmed with the immigration process and the amount of paperwork required not only from my siblings but also from their children who were immigrating with them. Chua Tinsay & Vega explained the process to me and communicated directly with my siblings in Columbia as to the documents needed from them. Overburdened with work, it was a great relief for me to have attorneys who were knowledgeable and able to quickly process the immigrant visas of my family.

  • The attorneys at Chua Tinsay & Vega helped me bring my wife from Palestine. They are approachable and always ready to discuss whatever concerns and worries I had. They guided me through every step of the process and were quick to follow up with the U.S. Embassy abroad when my wife’s immigrant visa was delayed. My wife and I are finally together, thanks to the efforts of Chua Tinsay & Vega
